Does the size not fit or is something defective?

No problem. Ordered items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Repackage the item as you received it: correctly folded, undamaged in the original packaging, including all labels and papers, and safely and securely in a kickbag or cardboard box.

Contact us at hello@lavie-home.ch with details and reasons for the return or complete the returns form online. After receiving your enquiry, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

We will adjust your invoice accordingly and make a refund if necessary.

Warranty

We grant you a 2-year guarantee on our textiles against product faults and defects resulting from faulty production. Would you like to make a claim under the guarantee? Contact us at hello@lavie-home.ch, describe your case and document the defect with photos. We will then examine the matter carefully and get back in touch with you.

Improper handling of the textiles, such as washing them too hot or suchlike, is excluded from the warranty.
