GTC

1. subject matter of contract

lavie sells the goods offered in the online shop to the customer subject to the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC).

2. conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and lavie is only concluded by an order from the customer and acceptance of the order by lavie. The order is placed via the Internet. lavie accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation or by delivering the ordered goods (including delivery note).

3. product offer

All information on the goods which the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology, which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and pricing are reserved. No goods are offered which do not comply with the statutory provisions.

4. terms of payment

All prices include the statutory value added tax of Switzerland. The valid currency for deliveries in Switzerland is Swiss francs (CHF). The valid payment options are the indicated credit cards, the Postcard of the Swiss Post and TWINT.

5. delivery conditions

From an order value of CHF 50.00 we deliver free of charge to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, below that we charge shipping costs. You will receive your order within 3-4 working days. If a product is not in stock, it cannot normally be ordered.

6. retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of lavie until full payment has been made. lavie is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register. If the Customer is in default of payment of the purchase price, lavie is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and to take possession of the goods.

7. Returns/exchanges

Ordered items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Repackage the item as you received it: correctly folded, undamaged in the original packaging, including all labels and papers, and safely and securely in a kickbag or cardboard box. You will find the return label directly in your parcel or here. Please place the return label clearly visible in the parcel and send it to us:

Remember that every return causes emissions and our primary goal is to reduce as many emissions as possible.

After a careful check on our part, we will adjust your invoice and make a refund if necessary. The credit note for the returned goods will be issued using the same payment method that was selected during the transaction in the webshop.
Items that had a reduced price at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

We cannot refund items that have already been washed and used. However, you can still return them to us. You can either return them to our second-hand shop in the lavie home store in Zurich or we can have them professionally recycled by our partner Tell-Tex.

The shipping costs will not be covered. If the item is defective and, after careful examination, we determine that it is indeed a production fault, we will refund a flat-rate postage fee plus, of course, the guarantee refund.
