Lavie makes textiles that feel instantly familiar – effortlessly beautiful, functional and sustainable. Lavie is with you every moment: over your morning coffee, while reading on the sofa and when you lie down in your freshly made bed. We mainly use materials such as organic cotton, linen and hemp. Natural fibres that breathe, are comfortable against the skin and last a long time.

lavie was founded in 2017 in Langenthal in the canton of Bern by Oliver Balsiger, a textile entrepreneur, and Cornelia Stahl, a textile designer. Since then, lavie has had a clear vision: choosing materials responsibly and understanding design as truly timeless. Today, you can find lavie at selected specialised retailers in Switzerland and Europe – as well as in the Zurich store and online.

We don’t produce for the next season, but for many years to come. Our products are created together with European partners who specialise in high-quality natural fibres and clean processing. The distances are short, the origin is traceable. Lavie textiles impress – day after day, for years to come.
