GTC<\/h1>\n\n\n

1. Subject matter of contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lavie sells the goods offered in the online shop to the customer subject to the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2. Conclusion of contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The contract between the customer and lavie is only concluded by an order from the customer and acceptance of the order by lavie. The order is placed via the Internet. Lavie accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation or by delivering the ordered goods (including delivery note).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

3. Product offer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All information on the goods which the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology, which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and pricing are reserved. No goods are offered which do not comply with the statutory provisions. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4. Terms of payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All prices include the statutory value added tax. The valid currency for deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein is the Swiss franc (CHF). The valid currency for deliveries in the EU is the euro (EUR). The valid payment options are the specified credit cards, PostFinance Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and TWINT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

5. Delivery conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We deliver free of charge to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the EU. The customer receives the order within 3-5 working days. If a product is not in stock, it cannot normally be ordered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

6. Retention of title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The delivered goods remain the property of lavie until full payment has been made. Lavie is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register. If the Customer is in default of payment of the purchase price, lavie is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and to take possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

7. Returns\/exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ordered items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Repackage the item as you received it: correctly folded, undamaged in the original packaging, including all labels and papers, and safely and securely in a kickbag or cardboard box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember that every return causes emissions and our primary goal is to reduce as many emissions as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a careful check on our part, we will adjust your invoice and make a refund if necessary. The credit note for the returned goods will be issued using the same payment method that was selected during the transaction in the webshop. Items that had a reduced price at the time of purchase cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We cannot refund items that have already been washed and used. However, you can still return them to us. You can either return them to our second-hand shop in the lavie home store in Zurich or we can have them professionally recycled by our partner Tell-Tex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shipping costs will not be covered. If the item is defective and, after careful examination, we determine that it is indeed a production fault, we will refund a flat-rate postage fee plus, of course, the guarantee refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 Warranty and liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The warranty shall be in accordance with the statutory provisions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

9 Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lavie reserves all rights for every design, every text, every graphic on its website. Copying or other reproduction of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with lavie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

10. Data protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and our detailed privacy policy, which you can access here: Data protection<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

11. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

12. Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For the sale of goods specified in the online shop of lavie, the GTC in the version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract shall apply exclusively. These terms and conditions shall apply in particular even if they should differ from those of the customer. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. In all other respects, lavie reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
